By accessing or using the Needy Global platform, website, or any business division services operated by Needy Global INC., you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must discontinue platform access immediately.

Certain services provided under Needy Share (Investments), Needy Mall (E-Commerce), Needy IT (Software Engineering), and Needy Club (VIP Rewards) are subject to specialized individual agreements and plan terms presented during registration or purchase.

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and ensuring all financial and account information provided to Needy Global is accurate, lawful, and up to date.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Needy Global INC. and its operational affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.

These terms are governed by international commercial frameworks. Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be subject to good-faith mediation prior to formal legal proceedings.
